Full Service
Personnel charges are based on a four hour event
time, plus set-up and clean-up. We require a
minimum of two servers for a 30+ guest event.

All meals require advanced notice (48 hours min).
These meals have been selected for the value, consistence
and there overall appeal to our customers.Most come complete with side and salad. Dessert are additional.

all orders are made to the highest standard fresh chiles not powder or canned. Wedo not use trans fat cooking oils and still have the great falvors from all over Mexico and the Southwest in our dishes.
